I don't write reviews often, but I was so impressed with the service provided by Simon, I said I would. I suspected my 8 year old LG led TV had a backlight problem and had been thinking of taking it to a recycling centre and buying a new TV. A local high street retailer seemed more interested in selling a new model than doing a repair, which they probably wouldn't do anyway. Then I discovered Simon's business just a few miles away. Simon fully explained the likely problem and gave me an estimate on the spot. Several days later, the TV was ready, fixed and with a full valet inside and out. Also, a 12 month guarantee. The cost was a fraction of buying a newer but very possibly inferior model. Thank you, Simon, and a Happy New Year.
