Was being judged the moment me and my son walked in. The waiter gave the feeling either he was too good to serve us or the place was too posh for us. Sat us down in another room, empty! Asked us are we having water ?? In a very judgemental way, Not even what would we like to drink. I just got up and told my son we are going. Told them I had to move my vehicle because didn’t want to make a fuss. Maybe the owner is not judgmental. If you are the waiter reading this yes we are the one in the blue Tesla parked in front of the restaurant.

Made a booking 2 days ago for 5.30pm this evening at the HALE fest. Drove over from Liverpool with my elderly parents. Arrived to find the restaurant completely closed and boarded up. Absolutely abysmal. Why would you accept a booking if you are not trading? Went into shops either side of the restaurant and asked them and they said they had had people coming in for weeks now having had the same issue. Including people who had been charged for takeaway food and came to collect, to find the business is not trading? I am absolutely outraged. Tried calling the phone numbers for both Hale and Knutsford restaurants and neither number connected. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
