We enjoyed some lovely desserts at Kaspa's today. The ingredients were fresh and yummy. The only things that let it down were the waiting time for my daughters chocolate fudge sudae to turn up, a good 10 mins after mine. And the lack of drinks they had available.

Just went in the young lady said to go upstairs and she will come and take our order, waited and waited she didn't return, tried to get her attention but she was too busy chatting to fellow workers behind the counter, we were the only customers in there at the time. so we waited a bit longer, she still failed to return so had no choice but to leave, on our way the ladie mumbled something rude at us. Also the place was very dirty no one cleared the tables from previous customers and it was generally filthy everywhere.

Waited over 40 mins for a basic pancake. Only two staff working and the restaurant was less than half full. All tables full of dirty plates couldn’t find anywhere to sit. Not the staff on duties fault they were rushed off their feet with only two of them working it’s a joke. Won’t be returning.
