Polite customer service but quite frankly poor. Poor systems - they don't send out courier info, tracking etc. No notification of whether the item is dispatched. On the initial order email there is a track this item link. This is essentially useless. Expects you to download the app "shop", then download a qr scanner, then scan the code. All you're given is the item you've ordered, nothing else. A complete waste of time. Their policies are crazy. Totally geared against the consumer and contrary to the law.

Went in this afternoon with Barbour sizing troubles. Had the sizing difficulties explained to me by one of the team, I didn't get his name but he will know who he is. Great amount of stock, brilliant guy to talk to, really knows his stuff, ended up taking about an hour of his time talking about all things from clothes to cars. Brilliant place, it was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend their services to anyone.
