Felt very unwelcome by management when visiting my loved one. Refused relaxing visiting policy even on the day my loved one passed away. My loved one was very unhappy during her stay at Kathryn Court. Although some of the carers were very nice, she complained of rough treatment several times. Many other negative things to say, but don't want to write an essay!!!

My mum has been at Kathryn Court for nearly 8 months now and I'm more than happy with the care she is receiving which has been tailored to her needs. The staff are friendly and always willing to help and it always feels like a home from home which is more than can be said for most homes we visited.
