    Really amazing place for developing confidence and discipline in a very kind, respectful and welcoming way. The leaders are amazing and have transformed my 4 year old in only a couple of sessions. He was extremely shy and too scared to speak out or join in. But after pushing through only a couple of sessions and allowing the leaders to take charge my boy asks to come here regularly, he tries hard and is focusing more with each session; his hand is up to answer questions and participate and he’s asking when he can do grading for his red belt. Can’t thank you all enough and highly recommend these guys to anyone thinking about bringing their Children along 🥋🥊☺️

    My lad has been attending training here and he's into his second year.He loves it especially the grappling.Instructors are great at getting the skills across .It's the only sport he has stuck to and he has become a much more confident person.Just to add that 3 years after this review and crazy lockdown he achieved his Black Belt and loved his time at KFMA

    Brilliant place for exercise. We wanted a place where we could all do an exercise class as a family 2 adults 2 kids. We have learned so much. It’s not only self defence, exercise it’s learns you confidence, respect. They are Always happy to help out of class as well. And gives the kids stamps and badge for good behaviour. Can’t get a babysitter for the gym come down. Everyones friendly.
