I recently contacted KD Maintenance Ltd regarding low water pressure and installing a pressurisation unit in a new build property. The issue has stressed me out for three years because both the water company and the developer refuse to accept any liability. When I contacted KD Maintenance, I received a very prompt response as it was out of hours. I was then contacted by Tracey Beer who took her time to investigate the issue in her own accord, free of charge and follow up some steps to resolve the issue. Fortunately, the water company has instructed an engineer to visit my property to measure the water pressure. The world is in need of more kind-hearted like Tracey Beer. She really went above and beyond what was required of her.
