This is a doctor surgery i went for flu jab for my 8 yr old son. They booked a appointment i was waitng They run out. To get a appointment i have to call 111 to get to talk the doctor about a child rubbish.

Very disappointed with service. Pre covid service was great, but now looks like they getting bonuses for each refused person. Monday was calling for my mom's sick note, been told to wait till Friday. Ranged back Friday been told still no sick note, need to wait for Monday!! When I went there to pickup my prescription by one of receptionist been told am not that person on prescription so I can't take it. Service is a joke!!! To get appointment in these days mission impossible !!!

Disgusting service. They never answering phone call, i rang them today, i was on phone 1h and nothing, always its same, the peoples can die but the dont care, My mum last year was just before 9 am. She asked why they havent answer phone call they said theyvare busy, They was drinking cofffe and laughing, Its time to chage GP.

Called to ask if it was possible to schedule a call with the doctor. Didn’t necessarily want same day just a possible date. Was told no, don’t have any for today and can’t schedule. Never even asked what the issue was 👎

This used to be my GP since I was little. Pre covid it was great , never had an issue with getting appointments. Now they don’t seem to give a care. I was on the phone bang on 8 and waited 40 minutes just to be told there’s no appointments and Dr Kehler only works Thursday and Friday
