Avoid at all cost!!! Dishonest people who sold me faulty item through Ebay (induction hob) with promise it is a brand new and warranty. Item stopped working weeks later. I never got refund and I NEVER heard from them neither through ebay or letters through customers act procedures. Total ignorance! Appalling company with dishonest tactics. Only way to get monies is by going through small courts. Be warned!
