I’ve been to Zheng about 5 times now and really feel he is an expert in what he does, I don’t live in the area but we’ll worth travelling, every time my treatment is tailored to my needs with the acupuncture and cupping/ massage from a thorough & efficient consultation where he checks pulse and looks at your tongue etc. It has greatly helped with my overall health and well-being. I initially went for neck tension and to gain balance and relaxation. He has given me herbs to drink which have helped gain energy. Thankyou Zheng!

My daughter was prescribed some herbal pills for a nasty unexplained rash on her hand, and her hand was almost healed 2 weeks later. She even got used to swallowing the pills 3 times a day, and she will take some more to fully heal the hand. See photos of before and after. I fully recommend Acu&Herbs based on our experience.

Dr Han and his treatment is brilliant. I had been suffering with a bad back for almost two years. I had received physio and chairopracter treatment but nothing worked. Accupuncture was my last resort before an operation. It took a few treatments but I have been pain free for a year now. I would highly reccomend.

Having faced this constant back / hip and neck pain for the past 3 years trying to resolve it with percribed physiotherapy, managing your daily routine with pain killing tablets, and going nowhere. But a chance comment from a friend began the path to something I'd forgotten what normal felt like. So to Acu & Herbs in Keighley and after one treatment session I had a spring in my step that honestly I thought had well gone. Looking forward to my next appointment to consolidate this ......its certainly opened my mind to this form of treatment.

Acu & Herbs In August 2022, aged 67, I suffered a fall and instinctively tried to cushion the impact by using my right arm. Unfortunately this resulted in a severe jarring and instant pain in my shoulder. My initial belief was that time and pain killers would resolve my problem. After several weeks of discomfort and disturbed sleep a visit to a physiotherapist resulted in being handed a printed exercise sheet and a very large elastic band. Although I adhered to these stretches, which, incidentally proved to be painful, I did not notice any significant improvement in my arms mobility, pain or sleep pattern. My daughter, concerned for my well being, suggested, after researching various possible remedies, that I contact Acu & HERBS After suffering for over 7 months I agreed to contact Dr Han. Unbelievable! What an incredible experience. After a thorough fact find by Dr Han regarding my accident, previous health issues and current health status, I spent one hour of treatment that I had never experienced before. Acupuncture, Cupping and direct massage to my arm/shoulder. All of this was undertaken in the most relaxed environment you could ever imagine. Peaceful, soothing, stress free and totally relaxing. My shoulder responded immediately, the pain reduced considerably and undisturbed sleep was such a blessing. Why had it taken me 7 months of unnecessary pain to receive such instant relief? The pain hasn’t completely gone and my arms mobility is still restricted but if the success after one visit is replicated with my next couple of appointments I am confident that my road to recovery will be complete.

Dr Han is one of the best doctors I have ever gone to. I have been seeing him for a few months and I am very satisfied. He does a new assessment every week before every treatment. He listens very carefully to the patients and is able to make a perfect diagnosis every time. He then adjusts the treatment (acupuncture and herbs) accordingly. I have to say, after trying 3 other Chinese doctors, he is by far the best and I would not choose any other doctor for my complaints. He really works according to the concept and philosophy of Classical Chinese Medicine and does not just treat symptoms. He treats the causes of the diseases, which of course takes time. So please allow a few weeks to months if you want to get well again! There is no quick fix if you really want to get well deeply and for a long time. Thank you Dr Han, you have changed my life. My anxiety and depression are all but cured and the pain in my arms is completely gone too. We will get the rest under control - I am convinced of that! Keep up the good work! Carina
