I've been seriously impressed with both Tracey & Lee. I called Tracey and asked to see if she had any last minute availability to pop over to our local trophy shop. Explained that we had between 25-35 staff that could do with a little 'treat' as part of our seasonal busy period. Tracey wasn't sure if she could make the timings work and asked me to leave it with her for a few hours whilst she spoke to Lee. Tracey came back that evening and confirm that she had juggled a few things around with Lee and that they'd come, as planned, on the day I requested. Brilliant! The feedback from the staff was incredible, a massive selection at very reasonable prices. A little gesture really does go a long way and I am truly thankful for both Lee & Tracey who were able to help us out. I will most certainly be back demanding their ice cream in the summer! Thanks guys, top service.

On Saturday 13th July we held a staff and family BBQ event on the field behind our office and Kelly's ices attended. We paid up front and on arrival, we were given tokens to hand out to staff to ensure everybody would receive an ice cream. The choice of ice cream and the portions were so generous, everyone really enjoyed them. Lee arrived on time and ensured he stayed until everybody had received an ice cream- a seamless service and very much appreciated! I would recommend Kelly's ices to anybody who has an event and would like to thank them again for attending our event!!
