Quality Service! We recently installed a new window for our client and one of our fitters lost a fixing for our client's lovely roller blinds. After finding out the blinds were from Kensington Designs we contacted them and they were extremely helpful with getting a replacement part. 5 years after they installed their blinds they still have amazing aftercare. Kensington Design handled a delivery snafu with grace and charm, I was kept in the loop the entire time, never had to chase them for an update and they kindly absorbed the cost of re-delivery. GREAT customer service.
