We purchased a Goldendoodle pup from Annie & Nigel, who went above the normal. Kept us up to date with videos of the litter and significant times. Example, when they opened their eyes for first time. So cute. Each pup had a different collar so once selected, we could keep a look out for ours within the litter. Was great to see the mum with her puppies, who was amazing and to see dad every now and again too. The info pack provided is fab, lots of useful ideas and tips. Collection was smooth. Our puppy is settling in well- a friendly little chap. Curious but chilled. Oh and very handsome. He is such a welcome addition to our family and I can rest a little knowing all health checks with mum/dad and him all complete and evidenced. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you so much, we look forward to lots of cuddles & adventures with Scout 🐾

Not impressed with initial communications with the actual company. However I have given a 5☆ review purely because once assigned a trainer, my experience with that given trainer Julie Emery was beyond fantastic. She has qualities about her that are exemplary and in five days she has given me the tools and confidence to move forward with my dog training and over time i know i will turn my dog in to the good natured family pet we wanted. Julie Emery is absolutely amazing with her skills as a dog trainer along with her exemplary people skills. She puts you at ease from the second you meet her, and this makes the modification of your dogs behaviour easier to achieve. We saw results after the first day. Amazing lady. Should be given an award. 🏆

Yesterday Julie attended our home, to help with my Boxer who’s been challenging recently. Communication from enquiry to visit was very prompt and clear. Julie was very approachable during the session and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any question. Very aware that Julie was observing all of my behaviour (not just what she came to help with) I didn’t feel judged at all. Julie quickly understood the issue, and was able to provide really useful guidance. Within a few practice runs, I’d already started to see a change in my girl behaviour. Julie showed she understood my breed, and provided reassurance that my girl will improve and I’m left with the confidence that I can support her through this. Julie was amazing, I’m so glad I made that call.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Mac for my pups training. Mac was very caring and professional and I instantly knew my pup would do well with his training approach. I was given daily updates on my pups training sessions with videos and pictures of him training. I would 1000% recommend KentDogTraining and Mac to anyone who needs training assistance for their dog. I can see the changes in my pup and am delighted with the progress. I was giving feedback, training report and materials for continuation of training. It was our first time having a puppy and it was overwhelming. We had 2 sleepless nights. 3 days later Alfie the trainer(dog whisperer) came and changed our whole outlook. He made us aware of our puppies expectations of us and of his needs. In a nutshell we can’t recommend him highly enough.

Alfie has been nothing short of a miracle worker! From a super quick house visit to the techniques Alfie has shown us, our family life is improving day by day. We still have a way to go, but knowing Alfie is at the end of the phone is a massive relief. His calm temperament meant the dogs quickly calmed down (a visitor is a massive trigger for an endless barking session) and he walked us through the techniques step by step, and also gave us the knowledge of why we need to use those techniques. Thank you so much Alfie, Nigel and the rest of the team for the work you do!
