I just had a day 1 on 1 piping flowers session with Kerry , not sure where to start , there is so many good things to say , Before attending this course I would like to add I have a coffee shop and bake regularly , making birthday cakes ,cakes, cupcakes, scones and brownies etc , I had decent piping skills for the basics like swirls and icing cakes , I had made a handful of attempts to pipe flowers , with mixed success , in truth they weren’t that good at all, I wanted to expand my skill level so contacted Kerry and booked a day with her. All I can say is simply wow , her teaching style is brilliant relaxed , supportive , her knowledge is superlative. She has everything prepared for your session , and she sits shoulder to shoulder with you , demonstrates and guides you through every detail from nozzles , to piping , giving you tips and technique guidance backed up by her experience and skill set which I must say is absolutely unreal , I literally spend 5 full hours icing with her guidance and tuition and left 100 times better than when I arrived. I was blown away by how much I have improved with her help in just one day, I will definitely be having more lessons with Kerry from online classes to in person in the future. This is one of those instances in life where you genuinely get value for money and you can say money well spent. Whether you are a total beginner , intermediate or a professional wanting to improve their skill set , you won’t regret investing in time with Kerry. Phenomenal experience Thank you Kerry

I started Karrie's online tutorial 2 months ago I am Hooked. I didn't realize how relaxing and fun it is to do decorated cupcakes. I don't live close to have a one on one, but this works great. I like the fact that you can pick and choose which ones you would like to do. Kerry explains step by step on each video. With the online tutorials you can go back and watch over and over again till you get it at you on pace. Great having a library of my choices! Thanks Kerry's for your great job, great website, great Facebook page to interact and other's fabulous learning tool! I purchased Kerry’s beginner online tutorial and I am so glad I did. She went over every step very thoroughly and it was so easy to understand. She made everything interesting as well. There was even a list of everything she used and a recipe for her cupcakes and icing with step by step instructions on how to make them. The only issue I had was with finding the specific colours and brands of colouring she suggested, as I am in Canada and she is in the UK. A suggested alternative brand that is available here would be so helpful!
