Management are strong role models and team are fully trained, adhering to the Hallmark charter.There is well thought out activity schedules and residents are actively encouraged to take part, with 1to1s daily. Food is freshly prepared each day and housekeeping is top class. Feedback, positive or negative is valued and is answered in a professional and respectful manner. They are rated Outstanding and won the coveted team of the year award in the National care awards 2020.

I have been visiting a resident at Kew House weekly for 4 years and am constantly amazed at the very high standards of care throughout the home. Every effort is made to ensure that individual's needs are catered for. The carers engage with each resident, and the life-style team go to great efforts to ensure that everyone who wants to is included in the activities. Improvements over the last 2 years or so have been marked and sustained, with frequent training and constant supervision. Any failings are dealt with immediately when brought to the attention of the manager.
