My wife and I went to Paris for a long weekend and upon returning the handle on her suitcase had broken. When going thru the turnstile at Stockwell station they noticed the broken suitcase and offered to fix it. It took all of 2 minutes and the handle is as good as new. Thank you Key and Shoe Crafts

My favorite and trusted black boots finally gave in not only to a tear along the heel seam but very worn and uneven soles. In addition to being my favorite they have a lot of sentimental value (they were my first purchase after getting a job out of grad school and one of the few pairs of shoes I brought with me in when I moved from france). The team not only went above and beyond to sew the tear, coming up with a creative, lasting, and barely noticeable solution but they buffed and cleaned them! I will now be coming back to bring all my beloved boots.
