So today i visited the KFC around 10:30pm and me and my partner went to order at the machines because there was a path for us to go through. We then heard a woman in glasses she had brown hair and an accent scream at us telling us to get out and “can we not see”. Then other people came in to order and she screamed at them too when they went to the machine. However, we were served by a lovely gentleman with brown hair who was absolutely lovely. I work in hospitality and understand it gets frustrating with customers sometimes but automatically screaming and screeching at them is not right.

Wasn’t going to leave a review at first but I think I need to. I ordered a meal and asked for the salad to be removed - no big deal. The whole point of me asking was because I think I’ve developed an allergic reaction to something in the salad as last time I had the same meal, it caused slight swelling/itching around my face. On this occasion I specifically asked to remove the salad so I could rule the allergy out. The cashier was helpful and went to ask the manager. The manager was clearly having a bad day and sent the cashier back to tell me they couldn’t alter the meal as that’s how it comes. I’ve had it altered in other stores with no issues so it must’ve been that this manager that had an issue. She must have decided to make a rule just to stop herself from making a meal without the salad as it must be really hard to do. I took the meal and binned the main as I didn’t want to risk the reaction again and enjoyed a side and drink for £5. I don’t know if my reaction to the salad was a one off incident or not but if you have ANY ALLERGIES please make sure you’re careful ordering from here.
