    Amazing family run place, with huge spacious restaurant, gorgeous decor and lovely ambiance. The food is delicious, with a lot of vegetarian options, and a great range of things to choose from, including some more traditional dishes. The staff are lovely, attentive and friendly. The drinks and cocktails are great, with some tasty and unusual options. This place is a favourite and I go regularly, including taking friends and family when they visit. Love it!

    Not worth the hype. Perhaps back in 2018 when the Financial Times reviewed Kin + Deum it was better, but I struggle to group this in the top Thai restaurants in the city. The service was closer to a 2/5. Upon being seated we struggled to get served, and that continued for the course of the night. It seemed to be impossible to make eye contact with a server when you needed them. I don’t think we actually had a server assigned to our table, we seemed to just be waving different servers down the whole night just to get served. Food was 3/5, standard thai lacking flavours that would make the food match its pricepoint. The noodle dish tasted similar to your local thai takeout spot, and the side of egg fried rice was just boiled rice with egg. Chicken satay was bland and dry. What saved the score was the croquettes which were divine. Wish we were given more of those. I personally would recommend trying some of the other Thai’s in the city, there’s also some great spots in the Mayfair area.
