I have been on the waiting list for 2.5 years for a removal of my cyst. I keep on trying to find out what my current position is on the waiting list. It would be helpful to know the opening times of this Clinic so that if I need to call like I am now ( currently number 1 on the line for the last 20minutes) I know what to expect. In my last appointment I was even given a direct number for the doctor who visited me, and on that number also nobody answers. What kind of service is this?
