We are in our 2nd cycle at Kings after leaving another clinic after our 1st cycle. We still aren’t pregnant (low AMH, anticipated multiple cycles) but we cannot fault Kings. The staff have all been AMAZING! Especially Leroy who you will meet when you come for egg collection. He is welcoming and chatty and puts you at ease immediately, he also remembers us and is incredibly personal. We are so glad we changed clinics and chose Kings. Now fingers crossed we eventually get out positive!

Absolutely rubbish service. Before making the payments they act really busy. Once payments gone thru they are available when ever needed. After the tranfer when we got a negative result they acted like they didn't have anything to do with us. They refused to book a face to face consultation with a doctor for the next 3 weeks. They did have a phone call consultation available 5 days later. After a failed IVF or a negative result i think its best to meet face to face and be more caring and meet as soon as possible not leave patients to just overthink and get more depressed. Was not happy at all! I do not recommend at all!

I have been under the care of Kings Fertility for about a year now and all the team from the doctors, nurses and admin have been absolutely amazing. They treat you with care, compassion, empathy which is exactly what is needed when going through fertility treatment. I have quite an extensive medical history and they have been amazing during every step of my journey. Explaining every process in detail. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I will be continuing my journey and hope to have a successful outcome. Highly recommend Kings!

Like many of the reviews our experience at the private clinic at Kings has been atrocious. The staff are rude, unhelpful and provide inaccurate information. My money was taken promptly at the start of the process but I have been unable to attain results, to decipher them and I am still awaiting a refund due to being advised to cancel one of the services I booked. The result being that we now have no context of our test results or a refund. I will be making a formal complaint and I sincerely hope that those who have to go through fertility treatment choose a clinic which is human, sympathetic and empathetic. None of which King's fertility is.

We had a very positive experience with Kings Fertility. I found all the staff to be friendly and professional. The receptionists have always been helpful. I had both an NHS and a private round with Kings and I found the treatment for both to be the same. Any questions I had were followed up and the doctors were very kind when I had a disappointing second round. That round somehow ended up being successful. We will go back to Kings for future treatment.
