We replaced heating 2020 everything was good on instalation but now in second winter just be careful . The radiators do not heat room up and struggles to heat room to 21 degrees even when on most of day. They are very expensive to run as they need to be on most of day, house is double glazed, cavity wall insulation and loft insulation. Now using more electric units than I ever did with old heating and that was 50 year old. So just be careful it is not as it is portayed. After chatting to this company they sent someone out to check it out and said although on paper the radiator was big enough for area it was not heating room up enough. They decided it would be better to fit another radiator on opposite wall to see if that made a difference. We had had the extra radiator a couple of nights and it has made a massive difference i can only thank NorthEastheating solutions for there quick response to issue and resolved to our satisfaction.

Our three old storage heaters needed to be replaced. We examined all the options, but the survey by North East Heating gave us a clear and honest idea of the benefits of their product in terms of cost savings, performance and overall benefits. Installation was quick (couple of hours), friendly and professional with no mess, and all old units removed. After a year of trouble-free usage, we are more than happy with the choice. Running costs, effectiveness and appearance have all lived up to expectations.

We have had our heaters from north east heating now for several years and can't recommend highly enough. Our old storage heaters were removed and the elkoheaters installed quickly and efficiently with no mess. We have saved on heating costs year on year and find them very easy to control wirelessly. We recommended them to friends last year who are similarly delighted.

We have North East Heating Solutions radiators in our two bedroom apartment in a converted mill with high ceilings and little external wall insulation for over five years, we have no gas and our highest electricity bill for the year is approximately £1100.00. the five radiators serve us very well.
