I bought 2 pairs of prescription glasses in January and when I collected them my vision was not great wearing them, I persevered for 2 months thinking I needed to get used to them but bad headaches and being being sick made me stop wearing the glasses and go back to my old ones. I finally went back to talk to them and the level of service I received was fantastic they re tested my eyes and did another eye test and made sure that my eyes where comfortable with the test lens and reordered new lens. They are PERFECT now. I received a very personal and excellent customer service. Well done guys xxx

My daughter has Irlens Syndrome/ visual stress disorder and has been going to Kings Hill Optician since year 3. The service has been amazing, her eye care has been thorough and the staff have helped enormously managing a change in colour lense, and advising on transitioning to copper filament lenses for secondary school. The glasses have increased her reading speed from 64 to 125 words a minute. I highly recommend Kings Hill Opticians.

I was blown away from the first phone call! Despairing of the poor service, lack of care and zero continuity with my high Street opticians (4 opticians in 4 visits all with different ideas), I gave up trying to sort out a new prescription for my contact lenses and sought out Kings Hill Opticians Every single member of staff is smart, friendly, professional and very knowledgable! Adela has expertly corrected my prescription and I can now see better than I thought possible. Team work shines through and I am so happy to be in their hands from now on. I would recommend Kings hill Opticians to everyone, they are superb.

My son has a complicated prescription and Mr Shoker worked out that he needed a monthly lens for his astigmatism to get the right dioptre in order to maximize his vision. He has now been using them for 3 months and his eyesight has improved significantly after 6 years of being prescribed unsuitable contact lenses by high-street opticians. He is now more confident about school work, playing sports and driving.
