NO STAR!! AVOID! My hair was damaged.. in fact she put bleach on and it burnt my hair. Refuses to compensate and in a result she bloody changed her mobile number! Doesn’t know what she is doing AVOID!!!!

It is ashamed as I had to delete my previous positive review just because Kiran witnessing what my old salon had done to my hair, she ended up blocking me on WhatsApp because she scared to be honest and say 'sorry but please don't mind, I don't want to lose you as a customer but I do not want to be a witness.' Kiran was the one who took pics of my damaged scalp and send me pics, she made me aware of this as I didn't know but it was just stinging. Not trustworthy at all and cant not be honest despite giving her a tip when I got treatment done! Shocked how some people are scared of telling the truth, she would have stayed anonymous or not attend court. If I had won the case, would haver also treated her. I just needed to include it in my application, maybe my lawyer would not have contacted her! Lost a customer, I will go elsewhere for hair treatment, hair cut and colour.
