OMG I had been informed of a similar situation were my child was in the shop with my sister. Kieth abruptly shouted at my child as she said he was eating a packet of crisps to loudly. When my sister complained she was ejected from the shop quite roughly and told to get a shower. DISGRACEFUL

Was in there with my 2 kids trying to get info on a new sink, my child spilled his Ribena drink on the floor and this Keith guy had the audacity to slap my child across the face REALLY hard!! when I accosted him about this he called me a scouse so and so!!! the police are involved!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE THE WELLBEING OF YOUR CHILDREN.

Even after 12 years, when we needed some slight adjustments to carousel corner unit, Keith was happy to help us. He sent Sean to sort it and within 10 minutes the problem was rectified. 1st class service!!
