Popped in to ask them to look at a piercing that got caught that I didn't get at Kitty Kotori for some advice. They agreed to see me straight away and even let my kid in. They were really helpful and friendly, cleaned and put a plaster on it and then gave advice about what to do next and recommended I buy a different size and type of bar that unfortunately they didn't have in stock that day. I followed their advice and it's looking much better. Would definitely recommend them for any piercings.

Shown me all the beautiful piercings to choose from and didn’t rush me when I couldn’t decide on one. When it came to piercing itself it was done very quickly and without much pain. I had a nose piercing with Kitty in January and she was absolutely fantastic, you can tell she’s not only extremely skilled but passionate about her profession. I’m quite nervous when it comes to piercings but she helped me to calm down and was so sweet. Her selection of jewellery is lovely and I was over the moon (literally) with my choice. Her aftercare was great and was really helpful with the information she gave. I followed it to a T and my piercing has healed extremely well. The best experience I’ve had in a while, thank you Kitty!

Kitty is amazing! Super friendly and makes plenty of time for you to choose jewellery and decide on placement. Uses top-notch implant grade titanium internally threaded or threadless posts, autoclaves everything in front of you, and has an absolutely beautiful range of titanium and solid gold ends. You get what you pay for with piercing so it’s worth spending the small amount extra compared to some other local studios. Thanks so much, will definitely be back!
