Kitty’s has been a life saver when I was let down by another baker. They were prompt with their replies when i got in touch and understood my situation. I needed a cake in two days otherwise I would have had a very disappointed 4 year old. They took my order and with in 20mins I had made payment for the cake I wanted. They were extremely professional throughout. The cake didn’t just look amazing but the taste was spot on. Everyone loved and were so amazed at how they created it with such short notice. Kitty’s are truly incredible bakes with impeccable customer service, understanding the needs of their customers. Thank you for saving my little boy’s birthday!

If I could zero stars then I would. Appalling customer service. Paid in Feb for a 18th birthday cake at a cost of £97 as I was coming up to Yorkshire for a holiday. At the last minute got Covid and was very unwell and therefore could not travel up. Informed Kitty's Cakes to ask if I could have it delivered to my home. At first she has no recollection of my booking then I provided proof that I paid the money. Was told it would cost £149!! which cost even more than the cake. Yes I live quite far from Yorkshire but even so what a rip off. Was told to arrange a courier myself. Found it very difficult to arrange a courier so decided not to (I tried over 10 courier companies) Informed Kitty's Cakes and there has been no response whatsoever. Not even a fraction of a refund as a gesture of goodwill. Not happy at all. £97 of my hard earned money wasted.
