Only received 2 mains, when we ordered 3. Had to share one meal between 2 of us. Received one meal then the second a good 45 minutes later. We asked a waiter when our food would be coming and he never came back to us. When we asked where our other meal was we were told it wasn’t on order even though we checked this with him before he left our table and asked another waiter also. I would expect the waiter to check the order if they were a meal short for the number of people & it was only 3 people so not that hard. Also we got 1 menu between 3 people & there aren’t translations on them so when I had only just got my turn to look at the menu the waiter was visibly annoyed that I wasn’t ready when he came to take the order. I raised these matters and did not get any apology or offer of something to eat for the missing order.

horrible service - one waiter in particular was rude to customers including myself and my mum. he would give everyone attitude, gave our order to a different table therefore having to wait twenty more minutes for some kimchi fried rice, had such a fed up expression on his face whenever he saw more customers wanting to enter and would just beckon them to come to him with his hand. thankfully there was an optional service charge so i didn’t have to pay for it. food wasn’t the best and it is very overpriced here. i recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I did try this place as i see it new in Chinatown. It was so dissapointed me so much. Firstly food come out so slow, and i did order 2 different times vermicelli noodle ( Japchae). They came out different, 1 come out with cold, 1 with warm. Which is i didnt know which one is right? Obviously, i have never get them done like this with restaurant normally i go. I order the food, they didnt come out, but late they come with in the bill? The food abit pricey it you compare with most Korean restaurant in Soho too. The stuff was ok, but the way they service you not ok AT ALL. Make me feel like need to be order quick- eat quick- and go. Not feel warm in there Anw… everyone experience is totaly different. Never go back
