To be honest, buying an engagement is quite intimidating. There is so much to know and it feels like there is a decision that needs to be made for everything! Sheila was excellent in looking after me all the way. Yes, there are loads of decisions to be made but she helped me focus on elements of the stone and ring that were most important to me. The result? I catch my now fiancé admiring her ring throughout the day Throughout the process, Sheila was always available and went the extra mile to make sure that the experience was as much for me as it was for my then gf.
