This is about our experience working with Oliver Hayden at Knight Frank's Belgravia office as two Americans looking for rental accommodation in the area: We have worked with many real estate agents in America. Buying or renting real estate in London is very different. Unlike the multiple listing system in America to search for a home to rent or lease in England requires you to work with many different estate agents. Ollie was the best of the best – he immediately understood our needs – he worked hard to find us a rental property in a very difficult market and he made us feel as if we were the most important clients he had. We would have no hesitations recommending Ollie to anyone who wants to rent a flat or home in London . And if there were a multiple listing system in England where you choose just one estate agent to work with – Ollie would be our top choice.

My experience with Knight Frank and specifically Ollie Hayden has been excellent! I am a landlord based outside the UK and have successfully rented through KF, with the assistance and attention of Ollie. It barely took 2-3 weeks and following multiple viewings the flat was rented. Ollie had kept me well informed throughout the process and went out of his way to ensure transparency, up to date information exchange and updates as well as ensuring a smooth handover.
