I had a fantastic experience with a digital passport submission. The woman was courteous and offered helpful advice, it was the complete opposite of what I received at the Eccleston Street Post Office the previous day where I left with out using the service because the man was so rude, unprofessional and in the end incorrect.

Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting person works in the Knightsbridge Post Office branch named Annie/ Anna, a middle aged frustrated African British woman who takes out her anger of her life on customers. She should NOT be working there and will face consequences for her actions, unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Worse post office staff ever. The lady who worked on 29/04/2022 at the office where we send packages behaved terribly. If she doesn't like the job she can change it. But to treat the customers like that... So bad. Because i couldn't hear very well because of the window, the lady was very aggressive and she started making fun of me. These kind of persons who hate their jobs, actually ruin your day.

I used the post office for a digital passport renewal and my old passport is now missing, as the tracking number they gave me ( written in biro on my receipt! ) is not a valid number, so I have no record of my passport leaving the post office, or arriving at the passport office. Totally unprofessional.
