My daughter has been attending KOOSA breakfast, after school and Holiday clubs based at Birch Hill primary since September 2020. I can highly recommend and rate this club and I really don't understand the negative reviews. During Covid they did try to keep the children outside when possible due to health regulations but that's case now. Snacks are provided to children, at after-school club, breakfast is provided at the breakfast club and you are to provide children with packed lunch at holiday club. The snack and breakfast is provided at the start of sessions activities both indoors and outside for the after-school club. Indoors only at breakfast club. The care staff are friendly, helpful and caring. No problems all the time our daughter has attended. Friends with other parents whose children attend the club's and also have positive experiences. I would recommend trying them out and don't take the negative reviews as gospel !

Sad to see what's happening there. Neglect our kids and rude. No actives during the period. No activities what so ever. They let kids stay outdoors all the time never mind the weather. Most kids have no friends and they have to be their own minds own business. No group activities what so ever. Once they go out kids are not allowed to come in doors. They are not conducting any activities. My kid got flue in 8c _9c for few hours with no activities by own. Neglected and cruel. Please check with your kids each time. They advertise something and in reality it's completely different. Please check.

It was my kid's first day at koosa after school club. It's unbelievable how do they neglect kids. My kid was taking her own lunch and she was not allowed eat it due to covid rules. Even in the school breaks, kids are allowed to bring their own lunches if you prefer that way. However, before the booking I called the customer service and they confirmed me that kids allowed to eat and bring their own lunch if they wish. She is vegitarian and much prefer home cooked food. Carer refused to let her eat her lunch. She was stetarved until 5pm. She has thought she was not allowed to eat and hasn't eaten anything. This is cruelty and negligence. Snacks were not afford to her afgerwords. IT WAS HER FIRST DAY IN THERE WITH UNFAMILIAR CARERS. THEY DIDN'T FEEL HER WELCOMED OR GIDE THROUGH THE PROCESSES. It was said that there will be lots of activities to choose from some guided activities with kids. BUT IN RALITTY, all they did was let kids stay outside in 9C NOT ALLOWING THEM TO COME BACK IN THE ART AND CRAFT AREA. There were no activities or friends to play with. She was sitting on a tire outside the play area for at leat 45 minutes waiting for me to pick her up. She was not allowed to go inside to art and craft as they have to stay outdoors if it's not raining. I understand that kids need to stay outside to play, But surely 2_3 hours is too long without having anything to play with as well. There were not toys or anything to play outdoors. I was heart broken to see my kid also other kids were looking at the gate every time when some parent came. I'm so sorry for other little kids who suffer there without thire parents knowingly. This is clearly cruel and neglection of innocent kids. Please parents check with your kids if they are happy there. I could see helpless other kids. I'm going to report this to the principal also some other mom's. Cruelty and neglection and starvation. My kid was starving at least one hour she couldn't do anything coz she was so hungry as well.

Thank you so much for offering a holiday club during the Christmas holidays! Our girls had so much fun and I was able to go to work. It has been very difficult to find reliable childcare during Covid times especially during the holidays when we were not allowed to ask family members or friends for help. Knowing that there are people out there who care and you can rely on as a key worker is a blessing! Thanks again, stay safe and please carry on caring!!
