Kevin and his team did an amazing renovation of our bathroom as you can see from the photos. During the quote he suggested some changes to our planned design, which was really helpful as it meant a bigger better bath. The quote was competitive and we could tell he would be reliable and trustworthy. He started on the date agreed and dealt with the collection of materials from Mucklow Interiors for us. He managed the skip hire and electricians for us. He was prompt, tidy, helpful and discussed the plans throughout. He even helped source better quality tiles than we'd originally bought. George and Jack were tremendous fitters too, and the finished bathroom is of an exceptionally high standard. We couldn't be more pleased, highly recommended and will be using KPB for the en suite.

On 10th February, the life of our 32 year old boiler finally came to an end and we needed the services of a competent and reliable plumber to both advise us on a suitable replacement boiler and then, subject to the outcome of competitive quotes, be responsible for its installation. I was impressed with The reviews posted on both the "Which? Trusted Traders" site and Google for KPB Gas Heating & Plumbing Ltd, a local company owned and run by Kevin Baptiste. Kevin responded very quickly to both my request for advice on a suitable replacement boiler and his subsequent quotation. Having accepted his quotation, he and his Team were on-site within a week and had completed the work, to a very high standard, within two days. One small indication of the conscientious approach taken by Kevin was his journey to the outskirts of Birmingham 12-15 miles away to collect house bricks which matched those on our house, ahead of bricking up the gap left by the old vent. As others have already indicated, on both of the "Review Platforms", Kevin and his Team - Jack & George arrived on time, worked conscientiously, kept us well informed of their progress and cleared all their debris from our house and garage on their departure. In short, it was a pleasure getting to know them all and it was more like having friends in the house rather than a Team of Contract Plumbers. Kevin is now on "speed dial" for all our future plumbing needs and, in conclusion, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kevin and his Team to others.
