I had a diagnosis from a local garage of a head gasket failure in a 1985 XJS V12 which didn't seem to add up, but thanks to advice from Chris at KWE the problem was something far simpler, and almost at no cost. Saved possibly £4k. Absolutely first class service, and very highly recommended.

Although still to be evaluated because work over-ran significantly in to the off season but am expecting that quality will match KWE's high quality reputation. Problems were with refusal to accept compromise over contentious issues. The car was returned dirty inside and out, with minor defects and missing parts, all of which could have easily been put right with a regular PDI process or flagged up ahead of hand over. Gave impression of lack of care and 'penny pinching'.. Would I have looked elsewhere for this work knowing what I do now? Yes. Your response: If my issues were limited to the ones you mention I would agree! I wish I'd had your influence Richard Fuller!
