Shocking. The coffee and snacks we ordered were fine, but the management is so so poor. We were served very well and kindly by a new female starter who doesn't deserve to be in a 1 star review. BUT. One of the kitchen members came out smoking like a chimney next to my dads face with no regard to his presence as a customer. When my dad asked them to stop, they simply retaliated in such a rude fashion that this is a shisha bar blah blah blah. Really poor. If a customer is uncomfortable with you smoking IN THEIR FACE. STOP.

Worst Burger Ever… Service Not Much Better... Zero Stars! I usually do not bother writing bad reviews as I generally do not see the point of them. If a place is good, it receives a glowing review, but if it is average or bad, I tend to not bother. However, La Strada, was exceptional! Firstly, the service: I went there with a workmate for lunch. The waiter took my colleagues order correctly, A tomato omelette with fries and a drink. When it came to my order, I ordered a burger with fries then I asked the waiter which soft drinks he had available. He nodded towards a glass doored fridge at the far end of the restaurant then walked off before completing my order. My burger obviously without a drink came first followed about 10 minutes later by my mate’s omelette. Thankfully, he does not have any dietary or religious requirements that prevent him for eating bacon! He did get his drink though! My burger… I have never ever had a burger that was this bad… I do not recall ordering meat free, but this burger had less meat in it than a Linda McCartney’s! The consistency of the patty was mulchy, it had no bite whatsoever. In the 1980s during a brief spell of unemployment I once purchased a pack of twenty frozen burgers for less than a pound from KwikSave, (a shop like Lidl), these were bad and relatively meat poor, but still better than the La Strada burger! I struggled through two thirds of the La Strada burger as I was very hungry but by the last third its consistency was making me gag. I removed the last third of the patty and finished of what was now a salad sandwich! Between the poor service and even poorer food I would not recommend this establishment… looking at some of the other reviews it appears that they do good coffee, but, I refuse to give them any of my hard earned ever again! I wouldn't have given any stars at all, but it seems you have to, in order to post!
