Steve & Joyce We cannot praise Lacey Plumbing highly enough. Mike came out to quote for a new Boiler Installation and did not give us a quote until he was happy with his decision and our acceptance of where and which Boiler to go ahead with. Baz and Callum came to fit the Boiler and they did a superb job. Clean and tidy, took away all rubbish, covered all interior carpets to keep them clean. These two lads did a first class job with Baz being the leading hand in all aspects of fitting the Boiler, pipework and making sure the system was working correctly before they left. We now have a heating system that really feels as if it is on. Would recommend them to any future customers.

If you are looking for plumbing expertise, a good customer experience and value for money I can’t recommend Lacey plumbing and heating enough. I have just had all my very old radiators replaced by them. I needed two of the radiators removing to allow the walls behind to be plastered and painted. After I accepted their estimate, my original plasterer let me down. Lacey’s were really patient, kept in touch and when I eventually found a plasterer, Matt organised the work around him to ensure I was without heating for the shortest time possible. Danny did the work with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. I can’t believe how quickly he worked, especially as the bedroom radiators were hidden by beds and built in furniture. He tidied up after himself and even managed to tidy up the previous unsightly pipe work. From start to finish everyone I have spoken to from Lacey’s has been friendly, helpful and professional.
