I have bin seeing jack now for over a year and have felt the benefits of such a brutal physiotherapist! At the start I had constant pain in my lower back and hips were out! With jacks magic hands I have not only grown a few inches but I can exercise with no pain and I’m confident to carry out my day to day job! Highly recommend lake therapy they also are a great coffee stop (free) with every visit and a chat with the great ladies in reception. What’s also great is they get university students in that are in the last year of their degree to gain experience so give free massages to members.

I went for a sports massage today not knowing who I'm going to see. I met Giff and he was brilliant . He was thorough , professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my session .I found that the massage itself had immediate benefits in terms of reduced discomfort, something I had not really expected.
