AVOID Apo from Lake Tiling came to look at our job about 2 months ago. We agreed a price and a date to start. I kept him in the loop via email but 1 week before the start of the job he raised the price by £400 (40%) and started too tell me he doesn’t want to work on a subfloor laid by others. (We had already agreed this by email) It seems he had forgotten about the job then when i asked him to stick to the agreed price he just emailed me to let me down. I would avoid tradespeople like this - doesn’t stick to his word. And takes advantage of customers for personal gain. AVOID!! Service: Tile work installation
