The team at The Lanes are brilliant - they listen to what you are looking for and do not push you to buy something you are not wanting. My husband has been going there, along with his parents for some years and from picking my engagement ring, to our wedding bands, they have been nothing but lovely, attentive and helpful! We always enjoy our visits there and we absolutely LOVE our wedding bands. On top of this, the staff there always remember us when we go in, even remembering things we have told them or even wave at us when we go by the shop. Highly recommend to anyone if you are looking for some lovely new jewellery, an engagement ring or wedding bands. Such amazing quality!

I first used Lanes Fine Jewellery back in lockdown and although the shop wasn’t open at the time I emailed to see if there was anything they could do as I wanted to buy an engagement ring. Carli was exceptional and I found the ring I wanted after a few emails back and fourth. The Lanes have been brilliant ever since those emails they have looked after myself and my now wife as we bought our wedding bands from them and their customer service from Laura is personal and professional, just what you’d expect from an independent retailer!! They couldn’t do enough for us and I will happily go back and use them again. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work!!

I was served by Huseyin Varis and he was the perfect gentleman to me and my Husband . We seen a ring in the window and all I wanted to do was just try it on as it really caught my eye . He welcomed us both in and took the ring out for me to try on. He polished it up even for me to try it on and not once was he pushy he explained the clarity of the diamonds and what metal it was so that we really understood what we was looking at possibly buying. To me that’s everything , I find it really off putting when someone is pushy and that he definitely WASN’T . I said it might be a bit big and straight away he took another ring out of the window for me to try on just so I could compare the sizes . I felt very comfortable and the reason for this type of customer service is why we decide to purchase the ring from this store , he really is a credit to your store :) We was then joined by Laura who helped take our payment and once again fantastic customer service even when we picked the ring up it was packed AMAZING and our insurance documents was all sorted out . It’s rare that you hear about good customer service it’s always the bad that gets highlighted but with outstanding customer service from start to finish from this place it most certainly deserves praise . Laura was fantastic from start to finish ( she said yes by the way and absolutely loves the ring). From when I first went into the shop to the day I collected the ring Laura was available whenever I needed her (even when I thought I’d bought the wrong ring) and was able to answer any questions - I couldn’t fault anything and couldn’t recommend anyone to come here enough .
