I could not have received a more efficient, polite or reasonable priced service when occupying one of the residencies provided to me at a Latitude London Nottingham Place premises, if I had any issues that needed dealing with they were dealt with quickly by well trained personal, easily my best tenancy in London.

Have been renting in London and NY for 25yrs years and Latitude is by far the worst - nice properties, terrible (bordering on negligent) property management. Last year we went several weeks without heat/hot water, now have a hole in our roof (last 2 months) that forms every time it rains, no light in bedroom, faulty lighting in bathroom... list goes on. Will never rent with them again... renters beware!

If I could give a "-1" - I would. Having stayed with my partner at Latitude's property on Gr Titchfield street for a few months , - I am so happy to have moved out, to a better flat on Goodge street at a MUCH better price. This was, by far, the worst maintained, overpriced flat we ever rented in the UK. The only pleasant part of this rental was the viewing (organised by an external agent). After that: - a messy, unprofessional rental agreement ; - poor informational support for tenants ; - rude and useless staff ; - zero building maintenance ; - no support when amenities and equipment went out of order - we had to hire external engineers to help us, spending an enormous amount of money. P.S. Please beware: positive reviews , all posted from fake profiles one month ago, are the agency's attempt to artificially improve the overall score (real score being around 1 of 5)

I was unlucky enough to rent an apartment from these people. They couldn’t do enough for me before I signed the contract then once that was done it was a totally different story. Mary the property manager was rude, unprofessional and totally out of her water. I was well and truly fleeced when I left and received back about 20% of my deposit, charged £2500 to repaint a 1 bedroom apartment.
