This was my first time ever getting this done. Carla was amazing. Shes so friendly and relaxing. She keeps you in the know of what the process is all about and what to do afterwards. Honestly highly recommend to come and get your eyebrows done with her. The results are amazing and cant thank her enough. I think it was chloe who did my massage and honestly shes incredible i have bad knots in my back and now i feel lighter and and more relaxed. She is so friendly and gentle in nature. Highly recommend anyone to go to her if you need a good relax and deknotting. The staff here are so friendly and sweet. Honestly the whole place is so relaxing and melts away all the stress. The receptionist sets the mood of it being friendly and nice.

I go to Lavella often to have my nails done. I cannot tell you how good my experience was today. Each time I have been to Charlie it is like therapy. Forget feeling relaxed after a massage, which she is also very good with, but everytime I have my nails done with her I feel so relaxed afterwards. She puts her heart and soul into her work and takes her time. She is so gentle when doing nails and I cannot thank her enough. I do a stressful job and this week I needed to de-stress. After having this treatment I can recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for time out. Thank you Charlie. Service: Manicure
