    Am not usually one to complain, but got to warn others. Delivery arrived, guys were going to assemble bed, but they can’t, no mattress has arrived, tried phoning company, number is no longer in service, website and Facebook have automated, and no one man’s the emails, or they ignore them, I’m furious, i got rid of my bed and mattress when I was informed of it delivery, I have nowhere to sleep… and no way of getting in touch to rectify or refund. Avoid.

    AVOID at all cost. I placed an order for my sons bed on the 10th of May 2022 it is not the 20th of June and still no have not received my order. Tried to contact the company the phone number is not in use, their website chat service doesn’t reply and they totally ignore your emails. Had to make a complaint via a third party company to be fobbed off that my delivery was picked up by delivery company over a week ago which is just a blatant lie. The website states delivery within 14 days what an absolute joke.

    Absolutely shocking company do not use!!!! 1st bed had a broken drawer so they replaced the drawer and it didn’t fit properly so replaced the base and the new base had the same broken drawer in it, they just fixed it, new base all full of scraps and scratches too see photos…. SHOCKING

    Approx one year on from purchasing. I want to say that I cannot fault this company when it comes to the actual purchase, the communication and delivery was spot on. Drivers were great, and on the surface our bed looked great. One year on and the divan is completely caved in on top which has resulted in an aching back and a bed that creaks during the night and wakes both of us up. So in summary, great customer service, but the actual product leaves a lot to be desired.

Waiting for my daughters bed to arrive so will update when i receive it. Also the delivery people are polite and professional Keep up the good work guys

    I am only giving this company a score of 1 as you cannot go any lower. Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a bed and when it arrived last Wednesday the headboard was significantly marked. I contacted them by email ( phone number disconnected ) and was asked to provide a photo. I provided 3 which clearly show 4 big black marks on headboard. I was told that my issue would be passed to thier production department. Despite numerous emails I am yet to receive a response and do not hold out any hopes of getting one ! I have contacted my credit carder provider to obtain refund. As advised earlier AVOID AT ALL COST As an update company has now been in touch chiding me for leaving this review and offering £35- £45 discount. Not acceptable as bed is worthless. Again avoid this company at all costs and traet postive reviews with a pinch of salt
