The most terrible estate agent in every way. They kicked out my girlfriend from her flat with the excuse that the landlord want the property for his own use. Same day they posted the property on rightmove asking for 500 pounds more per month ! If you can stay away from them for your own sanity please do it !

Extremely poor service and very expensive for no reason. I have been renting for over eight years through other agents but never experienced such poor communication and support before. Stay away from this agent as if there is an issue in your flat they will make you pay for it and fix it yourself no matter how much you pay monthly.
