Awful experience - it was probably the worst "waffle" I have ever tasted in my life - it took them half an hour to make, they didn't have any strawberries which was the main ingredient. Despite saying they would replace the strawberries with chocolates, they didn't bother - it tasted like cardboard so nothing could have improved that anyway. They gave chai in a disposable cup, it was just horrendous! The tables were grimey and the worker who suddenly decided it was time to do a shoddy job of cleaning them, missed out the one we were sat at. As for the non-existent customer service, I genuinely do not know how these thieves have the audacity to keep this place open when they have no basic social skills (staring and giggling), can't make anything, can't add simple prices (the woman tried to overcharge us & needed help with maths) and have a 13 year old in uniform taking orders at the till. I would recommend that you walk far away from this place and save your money, as well as your sanity!

Hi awesome service very polite staff very kind and welcoming extremely tasty will most definitely come again best service ever . I would definitely recommend coming here .I came with my whole family and nobody had any complaint . The milkshakes are exquisite and are beautifully presented . The waffles are ever so delicious .My little sister devoured the whole thing . I will have to say the crepe is the best though . Will definitely be coming again .
