It’s great team working with Charley especially during my tenancy onboarding. Charley would go that extra mile like sending something useful for the property i'm to move into when just taken leave. Always friendly, kind, and who has deep knowledge and long experience in the field. Aware of wi-fi issues in the property i’m moving from assisted getting data across. It’s great to team work with Hannah who is very pleasant and it’s noticeable she is very knowledgeable, has a good memory, only acquired through long experience in this field. Who like Charley works hard and builds good relations through trust, always trusted to deliver. Tess and Tom make me very welcome, take a real interest in you, are good listeners and communicators and sensitive to customer’s requirements demonstrating good customer focus.
