Contacted Lee Atkins Removals 7 days before our Completion date, as Removals company we were initially going to use didn't have a vehicle available. Office staff were extremely helpful, arranging a video call the following morning. Rich and Martin were brilliant. I was especially impressed with the way they packaged my glass display unit. I was able to travel in the smaller van, saving me the need to get bus, train, tube, train to Southampton. I felt very sorry for Rich & his 2 colleagues, who had to wait over 2 hours for our horrendous chain to finally Complete. I would definitely recommend Lee Atkins Removals.

When this company moved my fiancé before Christmas, we were told it would be a straightforward job with one truck. Unfortunately the whole thing went from bad to worse. When the men loaded up from the house they only just got everything in and squeezed it in so much that the damage was quite substantial. The men were careless and clumsy. They didn’t rush because they sat down quite a lot on their phones. So there was no excuse. We even got rid of stuff so I don’t know why it wouldn’t fit. Most stuff was put in wrong place so my brother and I spent next day rearranging it.

We were delighted with the way this company carried out our removals. We had to change moving dates several times, but this seemed no problem to them. Our removal crew, with Rich at the helm, were polite,friendly and very professional. They worked extremely hard and nothing was too much trouble. Rich was a real problem solver and sorted things quickly, always with a positive outcome. Also, Martin dismantled and assembled items efficiently, with a professional and knowledgeable approach. Their professional and friendly attitude made a very stressful day a lot easier for my wife and myself. Nothing was too much trouble to them. The 3 guys worked efficiently as a team and Jack’s skill at packing the 2 vans was amazing.
