    First visit, very impressed, owner gave me a mental tour, explained what's where, and what's what, and I bagged up peg 1 carpark pond, fish a chuck on maggot easy 70, bored switched to corn, same again, and switched to paste and boom Monster carp double figure, had wander when I had finished, goin to try the lake above where I was, she said there's 20lb ers.. And I want one. Oh and a sarnie van rocked up at lunch time... Result.

    Really nice place I go with my mate and we have never blanked even when snowing. Lots of fun and persistent bites. If your looking for bigger fish go on top pond they range about 6 12 pounds. A few over 20lb though. 10pounds per person for 2 rods and no toilets apart from that very good I reccomend😌

    Its a good all round place to fish with 3 lakes to choose from the biggest tends to hold the bigger (carp) like all the lakes a good mix of species on the new side dose lack in basic amenities the owners are very nice approachable people and the surroundings are amazing backgrounds are the Cleveland hills pure peace and tranquility
