Lennard and Hill went above and beyond for us so that we could move in to our dream home in November. Communication from Ron, in particular, throughout our sale and purchase was fantastic. A few set backs caused by our buyer’s solicitors but Ron ensured that the searches arrived in time and chased anyone he needed to in order to keep to the completion timeframe. If we didn’t complete on this particular week then the sale would have fallen through. Will always highly recommend Lennard and Hill and are so grateful to them for making all our dreams come true. Wanted to see a property 1 day after this went on the market. I called asked about the property and was told "I think there is an offer already gone in. I'll get someone to call you back". They didn't call back . I suspect this has been sold conveniently to someone they know . But as usual we cant prove it. Some agents are crooks.
