Avoid this place soggy cold food spent next two days on toilet also my partner experienced similar symptoms . This was my second bad experience with Leon as their branch at London Bridge is also shocking. Complained at the time and didn't even receive an acknowledgement or an apology. Poor service, poor food, poor Company. Steer clear!!!

Awful service today. It was busy and the man who was serving (bald) didn’t see his name was extremely rude. I asked how could I customise an item on the self service screens and he refused to help and said I would have to wait to be served at the till but it’ll be a long time as they’re too busy. When I eventually got served at the till by a new starter I asked what was in the halloumi wrap she handed me a book with about 40 ingredients- I just wanted to know the basics not every single ingredient and how it was made. When I asked what sauces were inside she asked the same man for help and he refused to assist her and said just show her the book again I don’t have time. Really unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure. It should be a simple question and answer when asking what comes inside a certain meal.
