We rented an appartment through Let & Go for 4 years in Ocean Village. Throughout the entire period every email was responded to, every request for repairs was attended to and resolved as quickly as possible. I can highly recommend Stef, Stella and Mandy. We've recently moved out and the checkout went through with out a hitch. This is a great letting agency that takes care of tenants and properties and treats all parties fairly.

I had an excellent experience with Let&Go and their team over the course of my recent tenancy in one of their managed properties. From the beginning they were helpful and friendly, making an extra effort and going out of their way to accommodate me. During the course of my stay they were responsive in addressing raised issues. At the end of my tenancy things were professional and clear as to the process surrounding end of tenancy. Now that I have taken up tenancy in a different city with a different agency, I can appreciate Let&Go's professionalism and friendliness all the more, and from my personal experience can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Had a great experience renting an apartment from Let&Go. Very prompt response whenever I needed it, no issues in getting the deposit back. They contacted the landlord as needed. Was even able to extend stay on month basis for 2 months. Stayed in apartment for about 8 months. Will recommend Stela (my POC) and this agency for Southampton.

Single handedly the most useless and ridiculously expensive agency I have ever had dealings with. Not to mention it our landlord was just as useless. We were left with no hot water water and heating for weeks, the flat was dirty upon arrival and we were charged hundreds despite very poor service. Would not recommend to anyone

I have known the owner and her team for several years now, and I must say they have been very consistent, helpful and above all reliable. I have them managing most of our properties (small time landlords) and having experience of less than favourable letting management companies in the past (20yrs now) I can categorically say this is the most professional agent I have employed to date. Very considerate and knowledgeable to both landlords and tenants, and I don't have any complaints or issues with this family-run business. Might I suggest that any negative comments may well be unreasonable tenants with an axe to grind. A case of unfair revenge I think. It's so easy in this day and age to post negatively about anyone who upsets you, with no repercussions, and unfairly damages all the good work the agent has put in over the years. These guys are way better than the faceless, sometimes ruthless alternatives out there, who work for larger companies and have very little real concern for individuals, and just look at the bottom line. You'll be treated as a person, not a number.
