What are your operating hours and days?
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.What is your policy on communication with parents/guardians?
We value open communication with parents/guardians and encourage regular updates on their child's progress. We have a daily communication book that is filled out by the caregiver and shared with the parent/guardian at pick-up time. Our daily schedule includes a balance of structured activities and free playtime. We provide breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Nap time is scheduled for after lunch. We ask that parents/guardians keep their child at home if they have a fever or contagious illness. 5* nursery! Both my little girls went/ still go to Lettys. Amazing staff & layout of the nursery. Lovely garden area which is clean and safe. Before Covid we enjoyed visiting nursery for Mother’s Day tea, Father’s Day tea, graduations and much more. Can’t wait to go on more trips with you all. Would 100% recommend this nursery. Keep up to good work 🤩

My little girl went to letty's for a number of years before starting reception. Collette and her staff are just amazing, my little girl loved going to nursery and has really missed everyone there. She still talks about nursery nearly a year and a half later. They helped my little girl to grow, learn and really took care of her. I never had any issues or worries. The environment is calm, warm and welcoming. The staff are professional, caring and really involved in nurturing the children's development. Letty's had such a big and important part of my girl's early development and I cant thank them enough for everything they did for her.
